Attach supporting documents directly to the records they belong to, such as evidence for security incidents or documentation for projects. Everything stays in one place, next to the context it relates to.
File storage has been available for on-premises and dedicated deployments. It is now being extended to the shared cloud platform.
How your files are protected
- Encrypted before storage: every file is encrypted with AES before it is written to storage, so files are never stored in readable form.
- Separate keys per project: each project has its own encryption key, managed in a dedicated key management system rather than alongside the files.
- Separated by customer: your organization's files are stored apart from those of other customers.
Storage allowance
Enterprise customers on the shared cloud platform receive 1 GB of storage. Usage is measured by the original size of your files, so encryption doesn't reduce the space available to you.
